Linda Tripp inspired someone

Remember Linda Tripp?  The conscientious woman who semi-illegally taped conversations with Monica Lewinsky to bring down a President, but failed?

No?

Let me jar your memory:

Sorry, but you asked for it.  Well, it turns out that she has not been forgotten, and that venerable bottomless pit of nothingness famous for running marathons of either "Golden Girls" or immortal classics wannabes such
as "The Boy She Met Online" (starring Alexandra Paul), yes, I am talking about Lifetime.

They have done it!

They have revived her with a jolt of enhanced jarring.

She is the central theme of a new reality-based show starring the First Family of Dysfunction from Alaska, the Palins.
