The Newt and Common Sense

The Newt, in Contract with America asked for this:

A balanced budget/tax limitation amendment and a legislative line-item veto to restore fiscal responsibility to an out-of-control Congress, requiring them to live under the same budget constraints as families and businesses

The Newt has been a great proponent of common sense solutions. Popular common sense solutions, like don't spend more than you earn.

Wow, I am impressed. He has easy solutions to difficult problems. Why has no one else suggested that or suggests that anymore? OK they have, and they do, but that is not the point.

It is imperative that we get this simple man elected President. That way, he can implement common sense solutions.

Like, don't spend more than you earn.
