I had not considered the possibility that Obama might want to throw in bonuses. This is giving the Republicans a bonus for accepting his cave-in.
"What's yours is yours, and what's mine is negotiable, and I'll throw in a bonus if you don't negotiate" is the new stance. Seriously, if the Republicans were smart, they'd reject this as laughable. They'll get a better deal.

The only thing the GOP cares about is insuring that the President of Color does not succeed at anything.
The fact that he ate their lunch and left them crying on the playground in a triple play last May will FOREVER haunt them.
