Here is a ghastly tale of someone convinced by the Bible that, well, his arm bore a natural but unfashionable tattoo of sorts.
Naturally, we laugh at this wingnut, and then feel sorry. Why don't we do the same for his vast number of cohorts, the ones who firmly believe that while this clearly resulted from a persistent state of mental derangement, it most definitely will be true some day. All they are sure is that this wasn't that some day.
