Activist judge?

Well, sooner or later this was going to happen. The wingnuts kept shopping their birtherism lawsuit till they found one of their own. A birther judge, who wants to haul the Kenyan Muslim nigger black-skinned President in to testify? Does not seem possible, but then, this is Gingrich country.

I am hoping that the judge has not done anything stupid of the sort, but assuming that he has, I hope that Obama refuses, does not cave in like he did when he produced the long form certificate and lets the racism ooze through in terms of an arrest warrant.
