Winning the Future

The Republican Tea Party proved beyond all doubt they do not listen and couldn't care less about what is good for America.

President Obama wasn't even halfway through his press conference when they put out a completely false, divisive, hope-destroying message.

Not only that, it's been nearly a year since the election but Republicans have yet to take one step, put one iota of effort into jobs.

The question I ask the Republican Tea Party supporters is this:

"Given that you feel that America hates the Democrats, loves your party, and your party has gained control of the House, and you feel certain that the gains will only improve in 2012, we can be assured that there is NO way taxes will be raised on the job creators, nor any job-crushing regulation passed. So what that means is that there is no uncertainty that you folks were claiming that was holding corporations back from hiring. Well, here we are, a year after the 'take the country back', corporations have made record profits, you guys taken away the uncertainty of the taxes, the SCOTUS will take away Obamacare, because it is a conservative court. And yet, no jobs. Why?"

This is the most stubborn "here is the line in the sand" posture Obama has taken.

The only question that remains is "When will he cave?"

Because the Republican Tea Party is NOT going to budge.
