Herb Cain has mad math skills

Herman "I do not like to read" Cain has done it again. After bringing us the 9-9-9 plan, and becoming Herb and flavor of the week  (just ask Alaska Palin,) he has weighed in on, well, The Blacks.

Apparently, blacks do not vote for Republicans, because they are brainwashed.

I have received some of that same vitriol simply because I am running for the Republican nomination as a conservative. So it's just brainwashing and people not being open-minded, pure and simple.

No really, we got it Herb. The Blacks have been brainwashed into not being open-minded.
